  • Order Processing: For custom-made items, crafting typically takes 15-18 business days. In-stock items are dispatched within 48-72 hours.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at (+91) 727 689 6986 for more details.
  • Shipping Partners: We collaborate with Sequel Logistics to ensure your order arrives safely.
  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within India, making your shopping experience seamless and cost-free.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress until it reaches you.
  • Insurance & Safety: All shipments are fully insured. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Payment Policy

At Parallel Vault, we ensure a secure and straightforward payment process for your convenience.

  • Placing an Order: To place an order, select your desired item, click ‘Buy Now,’ and follow the checkout instructions. Alternatively, you can order via phone or WhatsApp at (+91) 727 689 6986.

  • Payment Methods Accepted: We accept various payment methods, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), net banking, UPI, popular digital wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe), bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹49,999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Security Deposit: For COD orders, a security deposit of ₹10,000 is required. This deposit can be made through any of our excepted payment methods. Please contact us to generate the payment link. After you receive your order and make the payment upon delivery, we will refund the deposit to the original payment account.

  • Secure Payments: We use advanced encryption technology to ensure your payment information is secure and your personal data is protected.

  • Payment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your order details after completing your purchase. Please retain this for your records.

  • Payment Verification: For high-value orders, additional verification may be needed to ensure transaction security. This could involve confirming your identity or other relevant details.
  • Partial Payments and EMI: We offer options for partial payments and EMI. Contact our Customer Care team for details on setting these up.

  • Refunds and Cancellations:Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if production has started. Refunds are processed in line with our Return and Exchange Policy.
